Is a Realtor®? |
| A
real estate agent is a REALTOR® when he or she is a member of
the National Association of Realtors, which is
the world's largest professional association. Working with a Michigan
real estate licensed Realtor might be one of your most valuable
realty resources. Many real estate agents are simply licensed by
their state to do business and are not members of the local board
of REALTORS® which acts under and adhere to a strict Code of
Ethics.
A Realtor will
help determine your buying power and has many resources to assist
you in your home search. They also help the process by providing
objective information about every property that interests you. They'll
help in negotiating your deals and can assist you with mortgage
lending options as well as the closing process and ensure a smooth
transaction.
When selling
your home a listing Realtor will give you information
on what is happening in the current real estate market and comparable
competing properties. By marketing your property to other realty
agents and the public (and Internet). A good Realtor will know how
to advertise your property so that it gains the most exposure to
buyers. Each buyer's proposal will be evaluated without compromising
your marketing position which will help close the sale of your real
estate. |

acting as a buyers agent a Realtor will help find
real estate in accordance with the buyers needs, specifications, and
affordability. They'll takes buyers to and shows them properties available
for sale. As buyer's agent we'll help with negotiating price and terms
on behalf of the buyers as well as prepare standard realty purchase
contracts. The buyer's agent acts on the best interest of the buyer. |
